Dwayne Haskins has officially given the Giants something to think about.
The Ohio State quarterback, viewed as the top prospect at his position, declared for April’s NFL draft on Monday, announcing his decision on Twitter.
“As a young kid, I had dreams of playing at The Ohio State since the age of 10 years old,” Haskins wrote. “God has blessed me with an opportunity to go achieve another dream. The NFL.”
After leading the Buckeyes to a Rose Bowl win over Washington last week, Haskins had called his draft decision “50/50,” but confirmed what was expected Monday.
