The Giants will promote undrafted rookie cornerback Grant Haley to the 53-man roster, from the practice squad on Tuesday, an individual with knowledge of the team's plans tells NJ Advance Media.
Haley, 5-foot-9 and 190 pounds signed with the Giants shortly after the NFL Draft, and finished the preseason with seven tackles and three pass breakups, before being released as the team trimmed the roster to 53 players last month.
A physical cornerback, and special teams standout during his college career, Haley had a chip on his shoulder when he entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent.
