The New York Giants announced on Friday that they’ve placed defensive back Ryan Lewis on injured reserve with a hamstring injury.. He will be eligible to return in three weeks. So far this season he has recorded 13 total tackles and one pass defended.
Issac Yiadom started in place of Lewis against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and played pretty well so they should be in good shape with Lewis out. The 24 year-old Yiadom has 17 tackles and two passes defended so far this season for Big Blue.
The Giants can also activate defensive back Brandon Williams from injured reserve after he returned to practice last week.
