On Thursday news came out via the NFL wire that New York Giants’ running back Saquon Barkley offensive lineman Matthew Peart, Jonotthan Harrison, rookie cornerback Aaron Robinson, linebacker Oshane Ximines and tight end Kyle Rudolph will start off training camp on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list.
Rudolph and Barkley can be activated at anytime. I don’t think we’ll see either player play during the preseason out of caution. The question is, will they be ready for the Giants’ regular season opener?
Barkley is of course coming back from a torn ACL and Rudolph ended up having to undergo offseason surgery on his foot.
