Giants-Patriots final injury report: Dexter Lawrence, Darius Slayton could miss game

The New York Giants could be without star defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence, their best defensive player, Sunday against the New England Patriots.

Lawrence will miss a third straight day of practice on Friday, and head coach Brian Daboll told media at Quest Diagnostics that Lawrence, who has 4.0 sacks and leads the Giants with 17 quarterback hits, will be listed as doubtful for Sunday. The 26-year-old Lawrence was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time last season.

The Giants could also be without wide receiver Darius Slayton, who has a neck injury.
