Head coach Brian Daboll confirmed on Thursday that the New York Giants are adding three players from outside the organization — cornerbacks Duke Shelley and Art Green, and defensive tackle Elijah Garcia — to their practice squad.
Shelley, 5-foot-9, 176 pounds, was a sixth-round pick by the Chicago Bears in 2019. He played three seasons with the Bears, and one each with the Minnesota Vikings and Los Angeles Rams. He has 11 starts in 52 career regular-season games.
Green is an undrafted free agent rookie waived at final cuts by the Denver Broncos.
