Tom Coughlin said he was “impressed by the seriousness’’ of his team this offseason and then verbally waved a caution flag. “We will see,’’ he said. “Everything has to connect.’’
Other than one major injury (Will Beatty), the Giants came out of this portion of their preparation healthy, which is always a starting point. Now it is five weeks off for the players — and even some downtime for Coughlin and his coaching staff — before the July 30 reporting date for training camp.
