Veteran offensive tackle not backing off calls for NFL to allow use of medical marijuana
If the New York Giants sign free agent offensive tackle Eugene Monroe, they will have to deal with his outspoken campaign for the NFL to legalize medical marijuana. Monroe has made it clear he isn't backing off.
It is a good thing, then, that Giants coach Ben McAdoo said Thursday that he would have no problem coaching a player who expressed such an opinion.
"I think everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Myself, I haven't done any research.
