NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Thanks to all of his hard work with children’s charities, Eli Manning has been named one of three finalists for the NFL’s Walter Payton Man of the Year Award.
The award is given annually by the league honoring a player’s volunteer and charity work. San Francisco 49ers wider receiver Anquan Boldin and New Orleans Saints tight end Benjamin Watson were also named finalists.
This year’s winner will be announced during NFL Honors, a two-hour primetime special airing nationally on Feb. 6, the night before Super Bowl 50, from 9-11 p.m. on CBS.
