The New York Giants announced on Monday that they’ve hired Kyle O’Brien to become their new senior personnel executive and Drew Wilson as their new assistant strength and conditioning coach.
O’Brien was recently with the Detroit Lions for the previous five years as their director of player personnel and then was promoted to vice president of player personnel.
Prior to his time with the Lions, O’Brien was the Jacksonville Jaguars’ director of college scouting for three seasons (2013-15) and he spent one season as a national scout with the Kansas City Chiefs in 2012.
When it comes to Wilson, he was hired to replace Thomas Stallworth who left the organization to become the Atlanta Falcons strength and conditioning coach earlier in the offseason.
