ATLANTA -- While the rest of the league is enjoying a historic season when it comes to scoring, the Giants remain unable to enjoy the bounties of life in the NFL circa 2018.
Their inability to find the end zone on a regular basis – and on Monday night against a porous Falcons defense that was allowing the second-most points in the league – has sunk them to 1-6 with four straight losses. The 23-20 loss to the Falcons (3-4) at Mercedes-Benz Stadium was the Giants' latest example of ineptitude, combining questionable play-calling, unacceptable pass protection, and just plain old stinky football.
