CLEVELAND — Ugly does not matter when there is a postseason party to crash.
The Giants came out of Thanksgiving looking lethargic, as if they were still feeling the aftereffects of ingesting too much stuffing and pecan pie. If they had played anyone other than the Browns on a picture-perfect Sunday at FirstEnergy Stadium, it would have been a losing performance. But, the Browns being the Browns, the Giants had to do the bare minimum when they had the ball and awakened late to come away with a 27-13 victory that was not easy on the eyes.
