The New York Giants enter draft week still holding the No. 3 pick in the first round. With the Browns looking more and more like the favorite to land Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter, it sure looks like the Giants are in prime position to draft Colorado quarterback Shedeur Sanders.
But with a talent like Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter potentially right there for the taking, the Giants would be more than justified in selecting a blue-chip defender with the hope that they’ll figure out the quarterback position later on in the draft.
