New York Giants rookie wide receiver Kadarius Toney, placed on the COVID-19 Reserve list just five days ago (July 22) is already back with the team, coach Joe Judge told media via Zoom on Tuesday.
Veteran Giants players reported to East Rutherford on Tuesday for the beginning of training camp. Rookies had started workouts at Quest Diagnostics Training Center last week.
“Obviously coming off of that protocol as we learned last year with a number of players on our team throughout the season we’re going to go ahead and move him around the field and make sure that when he’s ready to go then we’ll start integrating him with our team,” Judge said.
