EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New York Giants lost to the New York Jets, xx-7, in Saturday’s preseason opener at MetLife Stadium.
With Daniel Jones, Saquon Barkley, Kenny Golladay, Evan Engram, Sterling Shepard, Kadarius Toney and John Ross all not playing, this was anything but a pretty offensive performance by the Giants.
The Giants had only 92 yards of total offense after three quarters.
The Giants finally came to life in the fourth quarter after T.J. Brunson forced a fumble at midfield and Rodarius Williams returned it to the Jets’ 17-yard line.
