The Giants are parting ways this week as after Monday’s meetings they have the rest of the week off for their bye. That seems strange to Jason Pierre-Paul, who just got here.
“Yeah, I’m just getting warmed up, man,’’ Pierre-Paul said after Sunday’s 27-26 loss to the Patriots. “Stuff happens. It is what it is, but I’m just getting warmed up and next game will be better.’’
It was a fairly quiet second game back Pierre-Paul, who was given plenty of extra attention by the Patriots as they tried to protect their new starting left tackle, Cameron Fleming.
