Week 7 added injury to insult for the New York Giants. The Giants suffered a bevy of injuries to the offense, defense, and special teams en route to their 28-3 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles.
WR Jalin Hyatt
A post-game X-ray revealed that wide receiver Jalin Hyatt suffered a cracked rib late in the game.
Hyatt was only targeted once in the game, burning an Eagles’ corner deep after Drew Lock entered the game. Unfortunately, Lock overthrew Hyatt and he landed badly trying to haul in the catch. Hyatt hasn’t been involved with the Giants’ offense, however the Giants’ stagnant offense needs every explosive option it can get.
