New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones left Sunday’s game against Dallas after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit from Jabril Cox while running a bootleg on a third-and-goal inside the Dallas 1-yard line. Jones got up, staggered, was helped off the field and then carted into the locker room.
Barkley out with ankle injury
New York Giants star running back Saquon Barkley left Sunday’s game midway through the first quarter with a left ankle injury.
Barkley stepped on the foot of Dallas Cowboys defensive back Jordan Lewis after a pass from Daniel Jones sailed over his head.
