Giants Injury news: Malik Nabers returns to practice

The New York Giants finally got some good news on the injury front, with rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers returning to practice on Thursday.

Nabers was spotted running routes without the red non-contact jersey, suggesting that he’s taken another step in the concussion protocol. He will meet with an independent neurologist after practice to see if he will clear the concussion protocol.

It seems, as of this writing, that there’s a good chance that Nabers will be activated for the Giants’ game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

The presence of Nabers would be a welcome sight indeed after the loss of LT Andrew Thomas for the season.
