New York Giants’ CB Janoris Jenkins left Sunday’s game against the Detroit Lions early in the second quarter with a. He collided with Trevin Wade as the two converged to break up a Matthew Stafford pass on third down. The team is calling it a back injury and his return is questionable.
The injury looked a lot worse when it happened, as it appeared Jenkins may have hit the back of his head on Wade’s knee. He was able to stand and jog off the field under his own power and did not return to the locker room for treatment.
