Justin Tuck isn’t a general manager — not yet anyway, though he is set to graduate from the Wharton School in May — but he knows what he would do with the Giants’ No. 2 draft pick.
And it doesn’t include a quarterback.

“If I’m just going to go out and say it, I like [Saquon] Barkley,” the former Giants defensive end said Tuesday at the Park Hyatt in Manhattan, where he was announced as the head of the board of advisers for the new Alliance of American Football league.
