The major part of NFL free agency is long over, but the New York Giants are continuing to work to upgrade the margins of their roster. The Giants are reportedly hosting journeyman defensive back Joshua Kalu for a visit/workout to potentially add depth and competition in the secondary.
Kalu’s name should be familiar to Giants fans. He signed with the Giants as a free agent in 2021. Kalu tore a pectoral muscle in the team’s first preseason game and spent the season on injured reserve.
The 28-year-old Kalu entered the NFL in 2018 with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent.
