The Giants have the Eli Manning-to-Odell Beckham Jr. connection worked out. Now they need to get the rest going. The running game in particular was nonexistent, totaling 38 yards on 17 carries despite the return of starting running back Rashad Jennings. Manning threw two interceptions and Beckham fumbled to give the Giants three turnovers. Larry Donnell stepping out-of-bounds to set up a fourth-and-1 late nearly cost the Giants the game. The offensive line allowed just one sack.
The goal-line stand late in the third quarter and into the fourth was the Giants’ finest hour of the season. The best statistical improvement came on third-down efficiency in which they held the Ravens to 5 of 18 conversions.
