The New York Giants have been very busy today.
Big Blue kicked things offer by cutting wide receiver Victor Cruz and now they’re moving on from running back Rashad Jennings.
The Giants are also releasing starting RB Rashad Jennings, per sources. He was set to count over $3M vs salary cap and will save them $2.5M.

Like Cruz, releasing Jennings make perfect sense.
Jennings could catch on with another team as a back up, or his career might be over after two unimpressive seasons in a row.
