Offense will be the obvious point of emphasis this month as the Giants transition to new head coach Pat Shurmur. The G-men begin their 2018 exhibition slate Thursday at home against the Browns.
Last season, Shurmur was the offensive coordinator for the Vikings. This sets up an almost perfect parallel to a discussion we had last week regarding the Bears. Another team with a horrible offense in 2017 has hired somebody else’s successful offensive coordinator to fix things in 2018. Let’s run the same stats we used in that study:
