Giants could get four key starters back vs. 49ers, even if they're short on LBs

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The New York Giants injury report for Week 10 was filled with some good and bad news.

The Giants are likely to get back several key players, including right tackle Justin Pugh, linebacker Jonathan Casillas and defensive end Olivier Vernon. Pugh wasn’t on Friday’s official injury report, while Casillas and Vernon were both officially listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Cornerback Janoris Jenkins is also back after serving a one-week suspension. The return of Jenkins, Vernon and Casillas would be a significant boost for a defense that allowed 51 points last week in an embarrassing loss to the Los Angeles Rams.
