EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – By the looks of what unfolded Sunday in a blowout loss to the Los Angeles Rams, the New York Giants need help. It could be coming to some degree with the return of some injured players.
Defensive ends Olivier Vernon (ankle) and Kerry Wynn (knee), linebacker Jonathan Casillas (neck) and offensive lineman Justin Pugh (back) all appeared to practice on Wednesday as they began preparations for the San Francisco 49ers. Cornerback Janoris Jenkins was also back on the field after serving a one-week suspension.
