Giants-Commanders final score: New York loses to Washington, 27-22

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — The New York Giants continued to play miserably on home on Sunday, falling to the Washington Commanders 27-22 at MetLife Stadium. The Giants are now 0-5 at home, 2-7 overall, and have lost four straight games.

The Commanders lead the NFC East with a 7-2 record.

The Giants have now gone 2-7 or worse in six of the last eight seasons. They were swept by Washington for the first time since 2021 and have lost their first five home games for the first time since 1974.

The Giants trailed 21-7 at halftime.
