The New York Giants coaching staff is starting to take shape, with Pat Shurmur as the boss.
Shurmur was officially hired earlier this week as the 18th head coach in franchise history. He then jetted to Alabama for the Senior Bowl, where he has been busy hiring a staff.

Defensive coordinator: James Bettcher (ESPN confirmed)
He comes from the Arizona Cardinals, where in his three years as defensive coordinator he never had a defense ranked outside the top six in the league.
