The Giants have a gaping hole at free safety and would like Stevie Brown to fill it. There’s a good chance that happens soon.
There’s an offer on the table but Brown wanted to see if he could do better than the one-year deal from the Giants. Brown, according to ESPN, has attracted interest from the Cowboys, Raiders, Falcons and Titans, but those offers are not believed to be long-term financial commitments. Brown wants to return to the Giants and if he does could have a starting job waiting for him.
Brown, 27, had a rough 2014 season coming off ACL surgery that forced him to miss the entire 2013 season.
