Giants chasing solutions to problems they created — ‘Valentine’s Views’ podcast

The New York Giants had a busy day on Tuesday.

The Giants waived edge defender Boogie Basham and signed defensive tackle Armon Watts off the practice squad to try and improve their defensive line depth and porous run defense.

They also had D.J. Humphries, a left tackle who was a 2016 first-round pick by the Arizona Cardinals, where he started for nine seasons, in for a workout. Humphries did not sign, but the Giants are clearly looking for a solution to their Josh Ezeudu problem. A week ago, the Giants added veteran offensive lineman Chris Hubbard, who has experience at both tackle spots, to their roster.
