The Giants went for defense with their two third-round picks in Friday’s NFL draft in Arlington, Texas.
Big Blue drafted Georgia linebacker Lorenzo Carter with the No. 66 pick and snagged North Carolina State defensive tackle B.J. Hill three spots later with the No. 69 selection.
Carter is an edge pass rusher, who had 14 sacks during his career with the Bulldogs. Hill is a 311-pound run stuffer, whom the team is hoping will play along side Damon “Snacks” Harrison.
