Clearly still interested in upgrading at slot cornerback, the Giants brought in Leon Hall on Wednesday, revisiting the interest they showed in the veteran back in the spring.
Back in May, the Giants checked out Hall, 31, to see if he was healthy enough to withstand the rigors of the NFL. He played in 14 games for the Bengals in 2015 – starting four – but after the season underwent back surgery to repair damage to a disc. In November 2011, he went down with a torn right Achilles tendon, and in October 2013, he went down with a torn left Achilles tendon.
