Detroit, MI - The New York Giants travel to take on the Detroit Lions this week, their second 2-3-1 opponent in as many weeks.
We already knew that the Giants would be without wide receiver Sterling Shepard and cornerback/kick returner Corey Ballentine as both remain in the concussion protocol, but the Giants got some good news on the injury front this week, with Saquon Barkley, Lorenzo Carter, and Cody Latimer all being full participants in practice by the end of the week.
The Lions got mixed news, getting defensive tackle Da’Shawn Hand back from injury, but losing CB Darius Slay to a hamstring injury.
