The New York Giants agreed to a contract with Connor Barwin, the veteran linebacker confirmed Monday.
I'm excited to announce I've agreed to terms with the New York Football Giants. Let's go G-Men! #GiantsPride

Barwin adds much-needed depth at the position and a quality veteran presence for the Giants.
He has a strong relationship with linebackers coach Bill McGovern from their time together in Philadelphia.
He struggled as a defensive end in a 4-3 system with the Eagles in 2016, but returned to his roots as a 3-4 outside linebacker -- and was reunited with defensive coordinator Wade Phillips -- by signing a one-year contract with the Los Angeles Rams last season.
