Is this really a "new" version of the New York Giants? Or, is this really just a glossier version of a Giants team that hasn't made the playoffs in three years and hasn't had a winning season since 2011? We should have a better idea about the answer to that question after a six-day stretch for the Giants that begins tonight with a Monday Night Football encounter with the Philadelphia Eagles and ends Sunday against the Dallas Cowboys.
The Giants are leading the NFC East at 3-2, exactly the same record they had when they traveled to Lincoln Financial Field to face Philly a year ago.
