LONDON — The Giants escaped Twickenham Stadium with a win thanks to their defense, and thanks to safety Landon Collins.
The second-year starter had a breakout game, picking off two passes and registering eight tackles in the Giants' 17-10 triumph over the Rams. He returned the first interception for a touchdown after a highlight reel return, and his second pick set up the Giants' eventual game-winning score.
Collins' partner in the secondary, cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, also had two picks in the win.
With the victory, the Giants won their second straight game and improved to 4-3 heading into the bye week.
