It sounds like the New York Giants have some internal issues they need to work out.
Zack Rosenblatt of NJ.com is reporting that a former employee by the name of David Maltese, is suing the Giants after being fired for reporting workplace violence and claiming retaliation. He claims that he was let go after reporting an alleged assault that involved Ty Siam, an analytics employee.
The lawsuit also claims that in 2004 Dave DeGuglielmo allegedly tackled Maltese into a table and said, “I’m going to kill you,” but wasn’t punished. Of course DeGuglielmo was a part of head coach Joe Judge’s staff for a portion of last season and decided not to re-sign this offseason.
