Back in 2014 the New York Giants used a second round pick on center Weston Richburg after he played his college ball at Colorado State. But he ended up leaving after the 2017 season to sign with the San Francisco 49ers as a free agent. It now looks like his career is over.
49ers’ head coach Kyle Shanahan stated on Tuesday that Richburg will retire from the NFL at the age of 29, according to Matt Barrows.
Richburg has been a really good NFL player but injuries unfortunately derailed his career.
