New York Giants fans turned out Sunday at MetLife Stadium to support Eli Manning in what is likely his final appearance as a Giant. Manning delivered with a victory over the Miami Dolphins.
That victory has led to a slight bump in the confidence of Giants’ fans in the direction of the franchise despite the team’s 3-11 record. In our most recent FanPulse poll, 18 percent of fans who voted expressed confidence in the team’s direction.
That’s the most since confidence was at 37 percent after a second loss to the Dallas Cowboys.
Maybe the slight rise this week can be considered odd with the fates of GM Dave Gettleman and coach Pat Shurmur unknown.
