Justin Tuck is the best Super Bowl performer on defense in Giants history
JOHN SCHMEELK: Fact - Carl Banks runs a close second thanks to his 10 unassisted tackles in Super Bowl XXI, and then his role in a great defensive performance against the Bills four years later. But I give the nod to Justin Tuck. I would have given him the MVP in Super Bowl XLII with his six tackles, two sacks and forced fumble. Then four years later, he had two more sacks and another quarterback hit on Tom Brady. His defenses held Tom Brady-led offenses to less than 20 points in two Super Bowls!
