The ruling from the fifth circuit court of appeals has vacated the lower court’s preliminary injunction against the NFL’s suspension, effectively putting the six-game suspension back on.
Complicating matters slightly is that the Cowboys have a bye week this week, giving Elliott’s time to re-start the process and file for a new injunction or an opportunity to fight the suspension with the League office in New York.
