Former Giants quarterback Anthony Wright has been hospitalized as a result of being shot multiple times in North Carolina, per The Independent Tribune.
Wright’s condition is stable, per the Concord Police Department. He was taken into surgery after being found with multiple gunshot wounds after a 911 call at 12:49 p.m. on Monday.
According to police, Wright and his girlfriend’s ex-boyfriend had a verbal spat that escalated when the man came to drop off his daughter. Concord Police have identified William “Willie” Moses Hooker Jr.
