Former New York Giants offensive tackle Will Beatty is back in the NFL, signing on Tuesday with the Philadelphia Eagles.
Beatty last played truly meaningful NFL snaps in 2014, when he started all 16 games for the Giants.
He missed all of the 2015 season, first because of a torn pectoral muscle suffered during offseason workouts and then because of a season-ending rotator cuff injury. He was with the Giants for six games in 2016, but was an afterthought behind Ereck Flowers, Marshall Newhouse and Bobby Hart.
