Former New York Giants offensive lineman Luke Petitgout was sentenced to one month in jail for harassing his wife and a man she was on a date with, according to the New York Daily News.
Petitgout, 39, allegedly punched Jennifer Petitgout, 38, and John Constantinides during the incident — but he was convicted only of harassment, a violation, and acquitted of attempted assault following a brief bench trial in Manhattan Criminal Court.
Petitgout wasn’t charged with assault since there wasn’t any evidence of him actually hurting his wife and the man she was on a date with at the time.
