ESPN: Giants should sign this veteran defensive lineman before training camp

The 2024 NFL offseason is ending, and training camp is approaching. Teams have completed most of the roster building but will continue to explore ways to improve their team before the regular season starts.

ESPN NFL writer Aaron Schatz recently published a list of potential final moves for all 32 teams before the start of camp.

Having depth is critical for the New York Giants, and Schatz believes that free agent Lawrence Guy, a veteran defensive tackle, could offer just that upfront.

Schatz writes:

The Giants’ biggest roster hole probably is tight end after the retirement of Darren Waller, but without a lot of strong tight ends available on the free agency market, it’s hard to recommend that as a big final move.
