The day after starting right guard Geoff Schwartz was held out of practice with a sore ankle, the Giants starting left tackle, Ereck Flowers, is going to miss practice.
The New York Giants have announced that the rookie left tackle is being held out of practice because of an issue with his hip flexor, and that he will be "Day to day" going forward.
In all likelihood, this really isn't something to be worried about. Flowers has been under a tremendous workload all offseason, taking both first and second team reps at left tackle.
