Eli Manning’s Vikings ghosts haunt Giants once again

MINNEAPOLIS — The building might have changed but the result was basically the same: another nightmare showing for Eli Manning against the Vikings.

The Giants quarterback threw just one interception, which in some respects is progress, considering he’d thrown 14 interceptions against the Vikings in their previous seven games. But the one interception Monday night was indicative of the malfunction that haunted the Giants in their 24-10 loss at U.S. Bank Stadium.

The interception came in the third quarter when the Giants were still very much in the game, trailing 14-3. Manning threw a deep pass to Odell Beckham Jr.
