Eli Manning's offense is better but the Giants' problems are all too familiar | Politi

For the quarterback of an offense that produced as many touchdowns for the opposition as it did for his own team, Eli Manning seemed plenty pleased. And it wasn't just because he was still capable of standing on his own two feet despite his offensive line's -- and we're using this word liberally here -- "blocking."

He liked what he saw in this 20-15 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars and believes, despite mustering only three field goals to go along with Saquon Barkley's first moment of individual brilliance, that the Giants will be much improved on offense this season.
