As the end of the year approaches, and the new calendar year lingers on the horizon, many people begin to take stock of their lives with an eye towards self-improvement in the new year. Perhaps a resolution to eat healthier, exercise more, work smarter, or even spend more time with family. This process is also underway for NFL teams, as they begin to evaluate their current roster with an eye toward the offseason.
